What this job involves:
JLL is seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to join our growing team in Taiwan. This role will support our clients by ensuring optimal facility operations while delivering JLL's commitment to excellence in property and facility management services. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our integrated facilities management team to maintain high-quality building operations and exceptional client service.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Deliver day-to-day facility management services aligned with JLL's service excellence standards
First point of call for BMS management office, interfacing with all internal and external customers relating to the contract
Manage the office in actioning, delegating and managing all maintenance client or tenant requests
Manage and maintain the CMMS system capturing all Preventative and Reactive work orders for the site/s
Delegate and allocate work orders as required to ensure contract requirements and KPI's are achieved
Support and assist the Contract Manager / Facilities Managers on daily tasks as required
OHS & E policies and procedures are met and maintained by all stakeholders
Coordinate building operations including HVAC, lighting, security, and life safety systems
Execute preventive maintenance programs and oversee routine facility inspections
Handle employee requests and resolve facility issues
Respond promptly to service requests and emergency situations using JLL's established protocols
Manage vendor relationships and service provider coordination on behalf of clients
Review of PO’s and Invoices in line with monthly financial reconciliations
Review all invoices before issuing them to the Senior Facilities Manager / Contract Manager for approval.
Maintain accurate facility data and documentation in JLL systems
Ensure adherence to Australian WHS regulations and building compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in facility management, property services, or related field
Proficiency in CAFM systems (preferably JLL platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills with a client-service focused mindset
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Facilities Management certification (FMP or equivalent) or progress toward certification
Experience with CAFM/CMMS systems and work order management
Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to building operations
Experience coordinating with vendors and service providers
Background in customer service or client relationship management
Basic understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
