職務概要

• 関連法規に逸脱することなく倉庫運営および業態管理が円滑に行われるよう、倉庫業務および管理薬剤師業務を実行する
• プロジェクトが計画的に達成できるようチームメンバーと協力して遂行する

主な職務内容

• 倉庫業務、配送関連業務の運営、管理
• 薬事法に則った管理帳簿への記録、管理
• JDEでの受発注、業者への支払い処理の実行
• マネジャーの指導のもと、法改正に伴う手順書（SOP）の作成、関連スタッフおよび3PLへの教育・指導を行い、実行する。
• 管理者に活動（KPI）と問題（破損品・不良品）を報告する。
• スーパーバイザーの支援を受けながら、コスト削減プロジェクト（MIP）を計画・実施する
• 3PLおよび品質管理チームと協力し、プロセスを最適化する
• サプライヤー、小売業者などとコミュニケーションを図り、有益な取引と相互満足を実現する
• 緊急時の対応と緊急要請への対応
• 法律および規則の遵守
• サイト管理者として当局に氏名を登録する
• 当局による内部監査および外部監査への対応
• チームメンバーへの医薬品に関するアドバイスと指導を行う

求められる経験・スキル・知識

• 薬剤師免許
• 医療･医薬業界の商慣習･薬事法等の知識
• 物流に関する知識があればなお可
• 社内外の関係者と円滑な関係を築くコミュニケーションスキル
• OAスキル（Word、Excel）
• 初心者レベルの英語スキル
