Purpose: The Investment/ Trading Executive plays a pivotal role in our investment operations. Working closely with the Investment Director, they will be responsible for coordinating and streamlining key processes, ensuring smooth communication flow, and maintaining meticulous records.
Investment Coordination:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive spend and savings trackers for client activities ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Schedule, coordinate, and actively participate in regular check-in meetings to review investment performance, identify opportunities, and address challenges.
- Act as the central point of contact for all investment-related information ensuring stakeholders have access to the latest data and insights.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in investment coordination.
- Collate and compile weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual local, regional and global reports for South Africa, and coordinate timeous delivery of ROA markets
Financial & Statutory Documentation:
- Collate, organise, and maintain accurate records of all financial and statutory documentation related to client investment.
- Ensure all documentation is compliant with internal policies and external regulations, providing support during audits as required.
- Generate regular reports and analysis providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using spreadsheets (e.g., Excel) and other data management tools to track, analyse, and report on financial information.
- Solid understanding of financial principles and concepts related to media and investment.
- Prior experience in a media agency environment, preferably with exposure to investment operations
