About This Role:
As Analyst, Analytics & Insights, you will play a critical role within the Business Analytics & Insights team in the Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) Center of Excellence. You will actively support and influence the end‑to‑end S2P process, from sourcing and contracting through purchasing, invoicing, and payment, by delivering high‑impact analytics and insight.

You will drive value by collecting, modeling, and analyzing complex datasets, designing scalable analytical solutions, and translating data into clear, actionable insights that enable better decision‑making. You will be expected to proactively propose innovative ideas, challenge existing ways of working, and continuously enhance data products, reporting, and processes across the Global S2P organization.

Working closely with sourcing, finance, and cross‑functional stakeholders, you will ensure data accuracy, transparency, and relevance, while contributing to process optimization, value tracking, and performance management across the full S2P lifecycle.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and continuously improve advanced dashboards, reports, and data models, providing insights that drive strategic and operational decisions.

• Participate end‑to‑end in S2P analytics initiatives, supporting sourcing, invoicing, contracting, spend management, savings tracking, and supplier performance analytics.

• Collect, integrate, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources, ensuring data integrity and consistency across the S2P landscape.

• Support procurement spend analytics, cost‑saving initiatives, compliance monitoring, and value realization tracking across categories and regions.

• Actively identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative analytical approaches, automation ideas, and new KPIs aligned with business priorities.

• Manage, optimize, and extend Power Automate workflows and related tools to streamline reporting, data refreshes, and operational processes.

• Contribute to E2E data transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring high‑quality delivery within agreed timelines.

Who You Are:
You’re eager to develop your analytical skills and enjoy turning data into clear, useful insights. You communicate well, both in writing and speaking, and work effectively as part of a team. You’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment and know how to manage multiple priorities. You pay close attention to detail and are motivated to grow your knowledge of data and find ways to improve processes. Above all, you’re curious and enthusiastic about using data to help the business succeed.

Required Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree (required) with 1-3 years of experience in BI development, analytical or insights roles.
• Proven expertise in Power BI, SQL, data management and contemporary data technologies.
• Problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Independent worker with strong planning, prioritization, and execution capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Demonstrated experience delivering end‑to‑end analytical solutions that support business processes and decision‑making

Preferred Skills:
• Some training or coursework in analytics, data science, or related areas.
• Basic understanding of procurement and financial data or systems in a global company.
• Exposure to Coupa Software is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Python for data tasks is helpful.
• Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate is a bonus.
