Regional Marketing Manager

Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for North China region, located in Beijing who is responsible to develop and execute region-specific market strategies aligned with brand goals and budgets, deliver tailored activities and data-driven insights, and maintain key market expertise through regular engagement and tracking.

• Be responsible for executing central market tactics in regions aligned with AOPs (budget).
• Regional business strategy development and management:
  • Working as a bridge to ensure central brand strategy fully implemented in regions.
  • Create regional strategy to meet business needs. 
  • Design specific tactics on regional level
  • Best case sharing
  • Regional business management
• Regional business analysis:
  • Work closely with central brand team and regional business managers to deliver product performance report by utilizing company’s data source.
• Regional KMEs management:
  • Routine visiting and insights collection of regional KME, provide the reports.
  • Proactively build good collaborative relationship with KMEs and key brand advocators.
  • Explore innovative solutions for the brand and feedback to brand team.
• Marketing supports to cross functional teams:
  • Actively provide the supports to relevant function when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business or Science or similar background
• 1-2+ years working experience of marketing/product management/regional marketing in MNC pharmaceutical/Biotech industry.
• Independent project management
• Analytical ability and skilled in relevant software
• Written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English.
• Outstanding communication and coordinating capability
• Self-confidence, self-driven, with positive attitude
