Supervises all Quality Assurance technicians at plant locations.

·       Process Control & Product Assurance

• Responsible for In-process and Final quality process.

• Maintaining and monitoring Daily /weekly/monthly rejection and analysis and reporting to Quality Manager.

• Training – identifying the training needs and conducting training program to the team members related to product quality, inspection and process and product changes.

o   Reviewing of PFMEA and Control plan CP.

o   Understanding and implementing statistical process controls.

o   Root cause analysis and necessary corrective action for any non-conformity observed.

Coordination with external calibration agencies for Calibration and maintaining calibration reports. Conducting internal calibration for identified instruments.

o   Participation with team for continuous improvement in production and contributing towards controlling rejection.

o   Product functional testing (Wet lab test) and approving the lots/batch for next process operation.

• Authorizing and approving rejection quantity & product parameters actual findings in ERP.

• Internal Audits

• Conduct Process audit, Internal Quality Audits as per ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc., and identify the improvement areas.

• Understand Regulatory standard requirement and monitoring of implementation.

·       New Product Introduction / Change Control

• Preparation of “Quality Inspection Plans” and Control plan for the process.

• Support in new product, Engineering change parts inspection and implementation.

• Continuous Improvement & Lean

• Participate and implement in continuous improvement (KAIZEN) in Safety, Quality, Productivity, and 5S areas.

• Implement SPC / Control charts.

Ideal candidate will posess 5-8years of relevant industry experience in a manufacturing company. Graduates from Engineering or Diploma background are welcome to apply.
