  • Provide expertise across estate and tax planning, trusts and entities, charitable planning, business succession, executive compensation, and retirement planning.

  • Support the use and adoption of Wealth Studios, MoneyGuide, and firm-approved planning tools, including best practices, enhancements, and QA testing.

  • Develop and deliver training, translate complex concepts into practical guidance, and represent Wealth Planning in firm, recruiting, and business development initiatives.

  • Collaborate across departments to align expertise and deliver comprehensive solutions for advisors and clients.

  • Ability to manage multiple high-complexity projects simultaneously.

  • Operate independently with minimal supervision while influencing outcomes at an enterprise level.

  • Build trusted relationships with Financial Advisors, senior leaders, and cross-functional partners.

  • Maintain a high standard of service in a fast-paced, advisor-centric environment.

  • Apply expert judgment to ambiguous, high-impact situations.
