Project Management: Lead smallscale quality improvement projects, ensuring effective implementation of solutions within established timelines.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, production, and support teams to resolve customer quality concerns and enhance product standards.
Quality Assurance Development: Design and implement robust quality assurance processes to maintain compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Technical Customer Support: Provide expert technical support to customers, addressing complex qualityrelated inquiries and facilitating timely resolutions.
