We are searching for a Business Relationship Manager to join our Mission Systems Cost Management team.

Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) proactively serve as a "trusted business partner" and act as the primary liaison between Collins & RTX Supply Chain Product Sourcing and the Collins Aerospace Mission Systems Business Unit and/or functions. This role will ensure alignment of our one Collins organization while supporting the SBU’s operational goals and long-term strategies. A successful employee will foster strong relationships, advocate for Mission Systems Business Unit interests, and drive continuous improvement to optimize service levels, cost efficiencies, product agreement coverage, and overall business performance.

Candidates must be located within the United States and within a reasonable commuting distance to a Collins Aerospace facility, and be able to commute as required.

What You Will Do

  • Ensure Collins product sourcing strategy flow-down and alignment to the Mission Systems business unit
  • Communicate and advocate the Mission Systems business unit product sourcing strategies, requirements, and priorities to the Collins and RTX product sourcing teams
  • Compile, analyze and deliver reports on project and metric KPIs pertaining to Product Agreement Coverage
  • Represent the business in Strategic Sourcing Reviews (SSRs) and cadences to drive business, supplier, and product sourcing strategies
  • Serve as business unit relationship manager with cross functional partners to answer questions and support product sourcing requests
  • Drive CORE in tools and processes, projects and actions to mitigate business risk
  • Collaborate with sites to get stakeholder feedback and ensure critical needs are being met
  • Support unique and complex product sourcing requests from Mission Systems sites both planned and unplanned
  • Maintain understanding of all Product Sourcing strategies, initiatives, and key priorities with the ability to collaborate with and influence Supply Chain Leadership Team and/ or Site Leadership on value-added solutions
  • Support Mission Systems strategic planning and review cycles, and coordinate Product Sourcing priorities
  • Occasional travel to support business needs ~15%

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Ability to lead through influence, at multiple levels of the organization
  • Experience using SAP, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience using advanced reporting and analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau and without Co-Pilot
  • Experience with business cases and financial analysis
  • Experience with issuing, coordinating, and evaluating supplier data through the RFQ/RFP/RFI process in a strategic sourcing environment

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
