About the opportunity

This contractor role supports QIAGEN’s North America business as part of the Finance and Accounting Shared Service Center in Manila. The position focuses on end-to-end accounts receivable activities, ensuring timely collections, accurate customer accounts, and strong collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Employment type: Agency Worker for 6 months

Your tasks include

Monitoring accounts receivable balances and following up on overdue invoices to minimize outstanding receivables.
Communicating with customers via phone and email to resolve billing inquiries, disputes, and payment delays.
Sending payment reminders, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Reviewing customer orders, performing credit checks, and supporting credit limit assessments in line with company policies.
Approving and releasing orders in collaboration with Sales and Distribution teams.
Preparing and analyzing reports on billing and collection activities to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Ensuring compliance with defined processes, policies, and quality standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role.
Working knowledge of SAP and Salesforce or comparable financial and CRM systems.
Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented, solution-focused mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
High attention to detail, with solid organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Amenable to a 6-month contract and a night shift schedule to support North America operations.
Willing and able to work onsite - McKinley West, Taguig city
