About the Client

Our client is one of the leading Industrial and consumer business in the world with HQ in the Germany.

 

About the role

You will be responsible for the following.

・Purchase & Payments services to clients using SAP ariba

・Agency purchase & payment services using Corrigo

・Communication with the company housing vendor, the leasing of company housing and parking lot

・Security card issuance and collection for employees and temporary cards for visitors

・Payments services for company vehicle expenses (gasoline, highway cards, etc.)

・Ordering and payments of business cards

・FM inspections for office, meeting room, storage, cafeteria, common space etc.

・Handling of coffee/tea/water dispensers and vending machines (including arranging supplies for vendors and requesting support)

・Help desk support (for own primary operations)

・Distribution of condolence messages

・Communication with the building management company (regarding cleaning, janitorial, building equipment malfunctions, and requesting repairs, etc.)

・Onsite event support and customer service

 

Duties & Responsibilities

・Operate with vendors to punctually complete daily operations in Tokyo HQ.

・Review and implement requests from clients and collaborate with other JLL team members and clients depending on the requests.

・Comprehends and control budgets for Tokyo HQ for operations.

・Regularly review operations and those SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and revise or prepare for new procedures.

 

Qualifications & Experience

Task skills

・Knowledge and experience of FM operations

・Experience of vendor management for subcontracting operations

・Basic written and verbal communication skill in English.

・Basic knowledge and skill for Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS) and sharepoint (OneDrive)

 

Personal skills

・Proactive and positive individual in everything

・Good communication and interpersonal skills

・Ability to meet tight schedules and deliver good quality of work
