The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Sales Operations & Business Intelligence Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by playing a key part in supporting Sales Excellence and Commercial Leadership through data-driven insights, analytical support, and structured execution of sales operations initiatives. The position combines hands-on analytical work with strategic interpretation of data, enabling leadership teams to make informed decisions across sales, marketing, and market insights. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Market Insights teams, contributing to data foundation, reporting, competitive analysis, and sales operations projects, while also supporting leadership with presentations and materials.

Here you will make an impact by:

  • Support the creation, validation, and availability of sales and marketing data sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and usability across teams.

  • Analyze sales and marketing performance data, transforming raw data into meaningful insights and clear recommendations for leadership.

  • Interpret trends, patterns, and performance drivers, and communicate insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations.

  • Contribute to Business Intelligence initiatives, supporting data analysis, report development, and continuous improvement of analytical tools.

  • Work closely with the Market Insights pillar, supporting competitive analysis, and price elasticity evaluations.

  • Support leadership with presentation development, material preparation, and translations, ensuring clarity and consistency of messaging.

  • Lead and support Sales Operations projects.

  • Drive process standardization and simplification, reducing manual workload for sales teams and improving efficiency and compliance.

  • Act as a connector between data, insights, and execution, ensuring analytical outputs are translated into actionable business outcomes.

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial market or industrial environments.

  • Experience with sales, marketing, or commercial analytics.

  • Advanced Excel and reporting tools; familiarity with BI platforms is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills in English and/or Spanish (written and verbal).

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • Ability to transform data into clear insights and business-oriented narratives.

  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams.

  • High attention to detail, organization, and process orientation.

Work location: Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require to be at the office at least 2 days per week)

Travel: May include up to 10%
