As a (full-time) Growth Associate, you’ll join our Sales & Go-To-Market team, currently made up of 11 colleagues. They are a group of experts determined to scale the Go-To-Market (GTM) motions of a diverse set of clients across industries, stages, and business models. In this role, you’ll support various companies within the A11 Ecosystem, helping them succeed across a wide range of commercial topics, with the mission to develop you into the commercial leaders and founders of tomorrow.

The team delivers industry-leading expertise covering different areas with focus on Sales, Growth, GTM Strategy, RevOps & Commercial Transformation. Current Growth Associates have acted as e.g. Founders Associate at EU's largest seed investment in defence ($9M, Arx) and led the market entry into Germany for Dalma ($20M series B). Former Growth Associates are now working as Chief of Staff at a German solar unicorn, as General Manager UK for an online printing company or as VP Sales & GTM at A11

In a nutshell:

  • Hands-on across projects: As a Growth Associate, you’ll work on various projects across different companies within the A11 Ecosystem, from picking up the phone and restructuring sales teams to building go-to-market strategies and crafting pitch decks.
  • Learning at the core: You’ll get weekly 1:1 coaching sessions with your manager, plus regular knowledge-sharing sessions with leaders from marketing, data, tech, AI, and more - all designed to shape you into a well-rounded commercial leader.
  • Future-focused: The Growth Associate is a full time role clearly designed to be the start of a long-term journey - with A11 or one company within our A11 Ecosystem. You drive your growth, and we’ll provide the tools and support to make it happen.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Execute Operational Sales - generate new business opportunities through multiple outreach channels (in person meetings, social channels, phone, mail), test hypotheses, gather customer insights, structure feedback and improve sales approach regularly.
  • Execute GTM strategies - e.g. research lead sources, define optimal client segments, identify message-market fit, set up & optimise CRM systems and analyse data needs.
  • Conduct market research, conceptualise market entrance strategies, create and implement new commercial processes.
  • Further learning opportunities throughout every commercial aspect of a company, from business development to operational sales, marketing, content, CRM, process optimization, transformation and more.
