Ihre Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten
In Ihrer Rolle als Assembler Comfortline (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie vielfältige Aufgaben, darunter:
- Durchführung aller Arten von Montagearbeiten zur Herstellung von Endprodukten, einschließlich der Verpackung, wenn diese in Produktionslinien integriert sind.
- Arbeiten nach Zeichnung, Stückliste, Arbeitsplan und Vorgaben.
- Ausführen von Montagearbeiten von Hand oder unter Verwendung von leichtem Handwerkzeug.
- Durchführen regelmäßiger Qualitätsprüfungen im Rahmen eines festgelegten Produktionsprozesses.
- Einhaltung von Standardarbeitsanweisungen und Aufrechterhaltung eines sauberen Arbeitsbereichs.
Sie werden Teil eines engagierten Teams, das Ihre berufliche Entwicklung begleitet und Ihre Beiträge wertschätzt.
Qualifikationen für die Rolle
- Sie bringen ein technisches Grundwissen mit.
- Sie besitzen eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Belastbarkeit in Kombination mit ausgeprägter Teamfähigkeit.
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
- Hohes Maß an Einfühlungs- und Durchsetzungsvermögen, stets vertrauensvoll und authentisch.
- Sie verfügen über die Bereitschaft, in Früh- und Spätschicht zu arbeiten.
- Sie bringen Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Teamgeist mit.
