We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Treasury Operations Specialist to support the Treasury Operations function. This role will play a key part in advancing InvoiceCloud’s mission to drive operational excellence across payment processing, reconciliation, and exception management.

 

The ideal candidate operates as a proactive, trusted partner—capable of managing complex responsibilities, collaborating across teams, and maintaining the high standards of accuracy, control, and innovation that define InvoiceCloud’s culture.

Takes Ownership

  • Independently perform daily payment settlement reconciliations across ACH, card, and other payment channels, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records
  • Manage complex chargeback cases, including investigation, documentation, and coordination of responses to ensure timely resolution
  • Research and resolve escalated payment exceptions with minimal supervision, applying sound judgment across systems and workflows
  • Identify reconciliation discrepancies and recommend corrective actions that strengthen operational controls and reduce recurrence

 

 

Customer-Centric

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to resolve payment issues and ensure seamless operational outcomes
  • Monitor and validate inbound and outbound payment files to ensure accuracy, successful posting, and alignment with downstream processes
  • Support month-end reporting and audit documentation requirements, ensuring transparency, traceability, and compliance
  • Provide guidance and informal mentorship to Treasury Operations Specialist I team members to improve team capability and service quality

 

Results-Driven

  • Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment, consistently delivering accurate and timely outcomes across reconciliation and exception workflows
  • Assist in developing and refining operational procedures and internal controls to improve efficiency and reliability
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements that enhance scalability, reduce manual effort, and mitigate operational risk
  • Utilize AI-driven reconciliation tools and automated workflows to improve accuracy, identify exception trends, and enhance daily payment monitoring

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in payment operations, treasury, fintech, or financial operations
  • Strong working knowledge of payment systems, including ACH, card networks, and NACHA regulations
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, reconciliation modeling)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
