Job Title: Manager, Marketing Analytics 

Experience: 16-18 years 

Location: Gurugram

Marketing Services Centre of Excellence (MSCOE)

 

What this Job Involves

This position leads a high-performing team of 25-30 Marketing Analytics and Digital Marketing Analytics professionals (campaign, paid media, operations analytics) within JLL's Marketing Services Centre of Excellence (MSCOE). You'll drive data-driven decision-making by transforming complex marketing data into actionable insights using advanced analytics, AI/Marketing Leads, and business intelligence tools.

Working directly with global and regional JLL marketers, you'll ensure service delivery excellence per established SLAs while championing continuous performance improvement through scalable processes, automation, and best practice sharing across the MSCOE and broader organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

Analytics Leadership & AI Integration

  • Lead advanced marketing analytics across CRM, marketing automation platforms, and digital channels (web, social media, email, PR) to measure campaign performance and ROI

  • Develop and deploy AI-powered predictive models for campaign optimization, customer segmentation, lead scoring, and marketing attribution

  • Design executive dashboards and data visualizations that translate complex marketing data into clear business insights for senior leadership

  • Implement machine learning algorithms to identify patterns, forecast trends, and recommend data-driven marketing strategies

  • Leverage generative AI and automation tools to scale analytics capabilities and accelerate insight delivery across the MSCOE

Strategic Data Transformation

  • Transform raw marketing data into strategic business insights that inform decision-making and planning

  • Develop scalable analytics frameworks that align with evolving marketing strategies across multiple channels and regions

  • Drive continuous innovation in analytics methodologies, incorporating emerging AI technologies and tools

  • Establish the MSCOE as a center of analytics excellence through thought leadership and innovation

 

Operational Excellence & Process Management

  • Manage day-to-day MSCOE analytics operations with deep expertise in people, process, and technology integration

  • Optimize workload distribution, resource utilization, and team capacity planning to ensure efficient service delivery

  • Standardize analytics processes, methodologies, and frameworks across stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality

  • Proactively manage project risks and issues through continuous stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration within the MSCOE ecosystem

  • Drive automation and efficiency improvements to enhance MSCOE scalability and effectiveness

 

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team through focused learning and development initiatives

  • Drive team engagement, performance management, and achievement of key performance indicators

  • Foster a culture of data literacy, innovation, continuous improvement, and service excellence within the MSCOE

  • Champion adoption of AI/ML tools and analytics best practices across the team and broader MSCOE functions

 

Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience

  • 16-18 years of progressive experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or business intelligence

  • Minimum 5 years leading large teams (20+ people) in multinational organizations, shared services centers, or global marketing agencies

  • Proven track record establishing and scaling analytics teams in complex, matrix environments or center of excellence models

 

Education

  • MBA or Post-Graduate degree in Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or related field

  • Certifications in analytics, AI/ML, or data visualization platforms highly valued

 

Technical Expertise

  • Advanced proficiency in analytics and visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Adobe Analytics (AEM), Google Analytics 4

  • Strong expertise in AI/ML platforms and tools (Python, R, Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or similar)

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CRM systems

  • Proficient in SQL, advanced Excel (large-scale data manipulation, pivot tables, statistical functions), and data modelling

  • Familiarity with generative AI tools for analytics acceleration and insight generation

  • Understanding of marketing attribution models, customer journey analytics, and predictive modeling

 

Core Competencies

  • Exceptional analytical thinking with ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies

  • Strong communication skills—ability to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite executives

  • Understanding of marketing strategy, digital marketing ecosystems, and customer analytics

  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable, standardized processes across global teams and service delivery models

  • Strategic stakeholder management with experience aligning diverse teams toward common objectives

  • Service delivery orientation with focus on meeting SLAs and exceeding client expectations

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and tight deadlines

  • Collaborative leadership style with demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and retain talent in shared services environments

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing AI/ML solutions in marketing analytics contexts

  • Knowledge of real estate, commercial real estate, or B2B professional services marketing

  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies in analytics delivery

  • Previous experience in shared services, center of excellence, or offshore delivery models
