Deine Aufgaben:

Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie zur Kriminalitätsvermeidung und Verlustminimierung
Aufklärung und Unterbindung von externer und interner Kriminalität sowie Identifizierung von Verlustpotentialen
Verantwortung für sicherheitsrelevante Systeme und Analyse von Informationen zur Prozessoptimierung
Ansprechpartner und Berater für das Storemanagement und alle Mitarbeitenden
Weiterbildung, Schulung und Sensibilisierung zum Thema Loss Prevention
Zusammenarbeit mit Strafverfolgungsbehörden und Dokumentation von Vorfällen

Dein Profil:

Hohe Eigenmotivation, Belastbarkeit und eine hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Zuverlässiges, systematisches Arbeiten sowie Ehrlichkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
Erfahrung in der Sicherheitsbranche, im Sicherheitsdienst, Polizei, Bundeswehr, Security, im Einzelhandel oder Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Schutz und Sicherheit hilfreich aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen
Sichere Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich, weitere Fremdsprachen wünschenswert
