Job Description

As a Management Consultant Analyst, you will create lasting impacts for clients by forging trust, solving complex problems, and innovating solutions. Credera will provide you with the tools, mentorship, and training to jumpstart your career. After completing training, you will quickly jump into project work. You will test out a variety of projects, learn from experts in the field, and get a wide range of client and industry experience. You will work on strategy and operations, MarTech and commerce, program leadership, and/or organization and change projects, fostering a well-rounded foundation before moving into a specialized role.

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?

Depending on your client or project, your typical day will vary as you uncover new challenges and progress throughout project phases. While all Analysts develop specialized knowledge as they progress with Credera, you will initially be broad in your focus. Your activities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Facilitating Agile software development
  • Supporting Design Sprints to form innovative solutions
  • Conducting stakeholder interviews
  • Capturing interview and meeting notes
  • Crafting recommendations to address client pain points
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks, such as scope creep and timeline delays
  • Supporting project timelines, scope, and budget
  • Pulling together status reports and business requirements
  • Presenting recommendations to project team and client stakeholders
  • Synthesizing and translating data into usable business insights and clear takeaways

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant skillsets applicable to management consulting
  • Proven academic credentials (undergraduate GPA of 3.2)
  • Demonstrated leadership across academic projects, student organizations, or other extracurricular activities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be willing to relocate to a Credera office location to begin your career
  • Must be willing to travel based on project assignments (10-50% on average)

While Credera has offices across the U.S. and the globe, we will be hiring campus talent for our Dallas, Houston, and Chicago markets with limited opportunities available in Denver and Atlanta. Candidates that receive an offer will be asked to relocate to the Credera office location they received an offer.

Hybrid Working Model: Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days a week. We expect team members to spend three days in person, with the freedom to choose the days and times that best suit them, their project, and their teams. You'll collaborate with your project team to balance flexibility with the benefits of in-person connection, delivering outstanding results for our clients. The Why: In-person engagement is essential for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. It fosters trust, encourages learning, and helps us grow as consultants and professionals. 

Travel: For our consulting roles, our goal is to minimize travel, and most projects do not require extensive travel. While some projects may involve up to 80% travel for a period, the annual average for team members is typically 10%–30%. We take a personal approach to travel by considering your submitted preferences when assigning roles.
