We are seeking a Software Development Intern to join our Business Platform team and contribute to the improvement of our invoicing pipelines. This is an exciting opportunity develop software that directly supports the strategic invoicing initiatives of our financial operations.
Responsibilities
Participate in the development, testing, and maintenance of software solutions using C# and Azure Cloud.
Collaborate to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and scalable code, along with comprehensive tests to ensure reliability and performance.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Contribute to troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing the system.
Support the deployment of software updates and the maintenance of system performance.
The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
Proficient in C#.
Knowledge of additional programming languages, including Java and Python, is an asset.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture and data structures.
Experience designing and implementing database structures.
Logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
