What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate patient flow
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payments
- Support both clients and medical staff in a fun, fast-paced, moderately stressful environment where teamwork is everything
- Bring positivity and problem-solving skills to each interaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Comfort working under moderate stress while staying upbeat
- A love for pets and a desire to help their people
- Previous veterinary experience is a plus but not required!
- Avimark experience preferred, but not required.
