About the role
Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our team and support our client in Herndon, VA.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging a wide range of software applications and systems.
- Use your knowledge of security concepts, networks, and system internals to deliver robust solutions
- Contribute to project milestones, ensuring that all deliverables meet high standards of excellence
- Provide innovative solutions to technical problems as they arise
What you’ll need:
- 7 years of experience with software applications & systems
- Hands-on experience with programming languages such as: Python, Java, C++
- Experience with frameworks and technologies including Docker, Django, Flask and/or Apache
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field
Bonus Points if you have:
- Exposure to front-end tools and data technologies
- Familiarity with virtualization and cloud tools like Azure, libvirt/qemu-kvm, libguestfs, and qpid
- Experience in debugging and network analysis using Wireshark and tcpdump
- Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies
- Familiarity with virtualization and guest file system tools
- Experience with distributed messaging
- Experience with test automation frameworks
- Experience with databases
- Experience with performance optimization libraries
Clearance:
Must have an active TS/SCI level clearance
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
