What You Will Do
• Act as the primary focal point for customers, serving as the Voice of Customer and managing all customer-related issues
• Lead and manage engine shop visits, including project planning, scope, schedule, logistics, invoicing, contract and account-related matters
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure requirements are met
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, managing changes in scope, schedule and deliverables
• Drive customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution, clear communication, and strong Market Feedback Analysis (MFA) outcomes
• Support financial, materials and operational performance metrics
• Identify and support new business opportunities and provide guidance on contract management
• Engage customers through visits, technical reviews, and resolution of disputes or overdue matters
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance turnaround time and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with EH&S initiatives and company C.O.R.E standards
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Perform any other duties as assigned
Qualifications You Must Have
• Degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical, Mechanical/Mechatronics or related Engineering discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong technical understanding with experience in process improvement
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications We Prefer
• Prior experience in the aviation or aerospace industry
• Experience in project management or customer account management
• Familiarity with contract management and commercial processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Additional language proficiency is an advantage
