WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own and drive revenue growth across a Tier 1 account portfolio in Thailand and Vietnam, with full accountability for commercial outcomes
- Articulate the strategic value of The Trade Desk platform to senior client and agency stakeholders. Translating technical capability into business outcomes, not just product demonstrations.
- Understand competitive differentiators in fast-changing online advertising landscape
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior marketing and agency stakeholders - challenging client thinking, shaping long-term investment strategy, and holding yourself accountable to their business outcomes, not just their campaign KPIs.
- Develop long-term account roadmaps and joint business plans with Tier 1 clients, anchoring the relationship to multi-year commercial outcomes rather than campaign-by-campaign activity. Partner with the Trading team to accelerate campaign performance and unlock new revenue opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and convert growth opportunities across the TH and VN portfolio.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships across client and agency organizations. Engaging decision-makers at CMO, regional, and global level.
- Work with Product Management to help define features and drive enhancements to The Trade Desk platform and any other auxiliary element where synergies can be created (insights, measurement, billing, marketing, innovation)
- Help build the Client Services practice, by creating training materials, best practices, sales materials and customer facing guides
WHO YOU ARE:
You are a commercially ambitious client leader who builds senior relationships and uses them to drive strategic change, not just to maintain them. You challenge clients to think differently about how they invest, you form and hold strong points of view on what works, and you hold yourself accountable to their business outcomes rather than just campaign delivery. You are as comfortable presenting a multi-year account strategy to a regional CMO as you are rolling up your sleeves to troubleshoot a campaign with a trading team. You bring existing credibility in the Thailand and/or Vietnam market, and you are energized by the opportunity to build something, not just manage what's already there.
What you bring to the table:
- 9+ years of client facing experience in digital advertising, with a clear track record of owning and exceeding revenue goals
- Demonstrated ability to grow Tier 1 accounts through consultative, long-term client relationships with clients - agencies and direct advertisers
- A challenger mindset: you push back on client briefs when you see a better way, you form strong points of view on investment strategy, and you are comfortable having difficult commercial conversations at senior levels
- Effective time management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Experience with driving projects requiring stakeholders from different disciplines to drive output at pace
- Ability to translate technical capability into strategic recommendations
- Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, DSPs, RTB, data strategy, measurement, and competitive landscape
- Strong analytical and data storytelling skills: you turn performance data and market intelligence into compelling narratives that drive client decisions, not just reporting decks
- Experience navigating the complexity - Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
