About the role

Typical Schedule 

  • 10:30a – 7:00p 

  • Every other weekend 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional customer service 

  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally 

Operations Management 

  • Support front-of-house operations to ensure a welcoming and efficient guest checkout experience 

Communication 

  • Communicate critical information clearly and effectively 

  • Provide timely and accurate updates to leadership regarding issues and operational needs 

Safety 

  • Adhere to departmental safety protocols  

  • Identify, report, and escalate safety concerns as appropriate 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years of related supervisory experience 

  • 5+ years of customer service experience
