About the Opportunity
WeWork is seeking a highly motivated and business-oriented Legal Counsel to support operations in Brazil. This role is responsible for managing a broad range of legal matters and partnering closely with leadership to protect assets and mitigate risk while enabling sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
● Act as a senior legal point of contact for WeWork’s operations in Brazil.
● Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders.
● Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements.
● Oversee litigation portfolio and regulatory matters, defining strategies to mitigate legal risks.
● Coordinate and manage external law firms, ensuring high-quality delivery and cost-efficiency.

Requirements
● Law degree and active OAB qualification.
● 5+ years of legal experience, ideally including in-house experience.
● Generalist legal background (commercial, corporate, regulatory, and disputes).
● Experience managing external counsel and litigation strategy.
● Fluent English (mandatory).
● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate legal complexity into business solutions.
● A hands-on, pragmatic and business-minded lawyer.
