What we are looking for:
VML is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable Account Manager. You will be a primary client contact, responsible for fostering a strong, trusted relationship while guiding the end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing programs. This role requires someone who can not only manage expectations but also navigate unexpected challenges in the exciting, ever-evolving landscape of a major tourism brand.
What You'll Do:
Client Partnership & Relationship Building:
- Build strong rapport and credibility with the clients through strategic guidance, responsiveness, and flawless execution.
- Champion client objectives internally, ensuring that all marketing programs and deliverables align with client’s strategic goals and brand vision.
- Establish and maintain clear project communication processes, keeping both agency teams and the client apprised of progress, changes, and critical decisions.
Integrated Campaign Execution:
- Day-to-day development and execution of integrated 360 marketing campaigns for the entire delivery lifecycle of projects.
- Identify dependencies, potential risks, impacts on timeline, and proactively guide the team to overcome obstacles.
- Collaborate closely with internal VML teams including Creative, Strategy, Media, Production, and other specialized departments to develop comprehensive solutions.
- Secure all necessary client approvals (e.g., creative briefs, estimates, creative materials) at progressive stages, ensuring clear communication and efficient progress.
- Review all client-facing documents, creative work and deliverables with meticulous attention to detail before submission.
Project Management:
- Manage comprehensive project documentation, including creative briefs, estimates, detailed project timelines, and status reports.
- Actively prioritize business needs, resource allocation, and financials to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Organize and internal and client presentations, meetings, and calls, preparing all necessary materials including agendas, reports, and follow-up actions.
