DESCRIPTION:
At Thermo Fisher Scientific, we're seeking a Sales Operations Analyst III to contribute to commercial excellence and support our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You'll contribute to optimizing sales effectiveness through data-driven insights, process improvements, and strategic support of our commercial teams. In this collaborative environment, you'll analyze complex data sets, manage sales compensation programs, and develop actionable insights to drive business growth. This position offers excellent opportunities for professional development while making meaningful contributions to world-class scientific solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Familiarity and technical expertise in laboratory chemicals
• Product or sales operations experience is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate across all organizational levels
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in life sciences, healthcare or related industries preferred
• English proficiency required; additional languages beneficial for international roles
