Data Management Steward I

Administrator will be responsible for processing a variety of requests through the internal submission and tracking system. The incumbent will work closely with the technical organization responsible for developing new coatings formulations to create new item codes and file formulas, recipes and quality specifications primarily for laboratory use. The Oracle Coatings Recipe Administrator is responsible for completing requests accurately and efficiently to meet fixed turnaround times.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to COEX request emails, addressing submissions and inquiries from multiple sources.
• Review incoming requests, obtain additional information when required, and process or enter requests into the COEX INDX system.
• Collaborate within a team environment to facilitate Color-match Requests, Panel Requests, Document Requests, and maintain effective communication with customers.
• Work closely with technical and operations teams across various manufacturing locations to support coating manufacturing processes.
• Assist in creating and maintaining RD components within the ERP system, including items, formulas, routings, recipes, and validity rules.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of product data by conducting data health checks and resolving discrepancies.
• Complete all requests accurately and efficiently, adhering to established turnaround times.
