Description:

What you will work:

  • Day shift, variable start time.
  • No weekends or holidays.

What you will need:

  • Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan, BSN preferred
  • Current BLS
  • Current ACLS and PALS or completion of this certification within 1 year of hire into the position.
  • Previous nursing clinical experience required.

What you will do:

  • Collect and document comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and the situation
  • Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized for the patient and the situation
  • Formulates, communicates, and documents nursing diagnosis based on assessment of health data collected.
  • Assumes responsibility to develop, communicate, and document a plan of care that prescribes nursing actions to achieve expected patient outcomes.
  • Assumes responsibility to implement, communicate, & document the interventions identified in the plan of care.
  • Evaluate and document patient’s progress
