Rol principal:

Gestionar flujo de tareas (trafficking)
Soporte en coordinación entre equipos (Creatividad, Diseño, Tech, etc.)
Identificar cuellos de botella y tiempos libres
Asegurar cumplimiento de tiempos y entregables

Requisitos:

Estudiante de últimos ciclos o recién egresado(a) de las carreras de Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Economía, etc.
Gestión de proyectos (deseable: enfoque ágil o Scrum básico)
Manejo de Excel / Google Sheets (intermedio)
Entendimiento básico de procesos operativos
Deseable: conocimiento de herramientas como:

ClickUp
Trello
Asana

Funciones específicas

Asignación y seguimiento de tareas diarias
Monitoreo de cargas de trabajo por equipo
Registro de tiempos (real vs estimado)
Alertas de desviaciones (retrasos, sobrecarga, ociosidad)
Coordinación directa con líderes de equipo
