Job Description:

The Education Operations Analyst (Reporting & Data) is responsible for managing operational reporting, dashboards, and data accuracy across the Education team. This role plays a key part in enabling visibility into business performance and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and publish dashboards across key areas (Revenue, ILT, Certification, ELS, Opportunities)
Manage and validate data across systems such as Salesforce, LMS, and other internal tools
Support reporting requirements for leadership, including weekly and monthly business reviews
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all reports and dashboards
Analyze trends and provide insights to support operational and business decisions
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver outputs
Support automation and process improvements in reporting workflows
