We’re looking for our next VP Product (Chief Product Officer) who can maintain and build upon the step change that we have brought to our product team. Our goal is clear: to build the best delivery app in the world. We’re no longer satisfied with being just another delivery app — we want our users to stay loyal to us because our app feels personal, relevant, and valuable to them beyond just fast delivery or better pricing.

Your Mission

Your mission is to lead the product vision and execution at Glovo, shaping the future of our app - used by tens of millions of users in over 2,000 cities across 23 countries—to ensure it becomes the best and most personal delivery app in the world. You’ll drive product innovation, maintain our culture of velocity and impact, and ensure we are always ahead of the curve, building the product that millions of users rely on every day.

In the Journey You Will:

  • Lead and scale our product team, fostering a culture of speed, creativity, and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure that we maintain and accelerate our product velocity, ensuring tight timelines from discovery to delivery.

  • Drive the development and execution of a product strategy that results in meaningful, measurable growth for Glovo’s business.

  • Partner closely with senior leaders to define the long-term product vision and ensure alignment across the company.

  • Continuously innovate by identifying new opportunities for product improvements and customer engagement.

  • Maintain a strong culture of data-driven decision-making, ensuring every product release is backed by deep insights and measurable impact.
