About the Role

Carrier is seeking a Project Engineering Specialist to support HVAC project execution, with a strong focus on project coordination and document control. This role ensures smooth information flow, timely project delivery, and compliance with engineering, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain project documentation (drawings, specifications, reports, contracts) to ensure accuracy and version control
Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders (engineering, procurement, contractors) to support project execution
Track project progress, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with timelines
Support engineering coordination, including design reviews and resolving technical or documentation issues
Assist in cost tracking, reporting, and project status updates
Prepare and consolidate project reports, records, and handover documentation
Support testing, commissioning, and final project handover
Ensure compliance with company standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years of experience in project coordination, engineering, or document control (HVAC / construction / engineering environment preferred)
Strong skills in documentation management and coordination
Good understanding of project workflow and stakeholder management
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Good command of English communication
