Work Environment

GE Aerospace Clearwater provides engineering, circuit card assembly, OEM Avionics, and MRO services for commercial and military customers. You’ll contribute to highly sophisticated systems supporting aircraft such as the Boeing 737 and 787, as well as F‑18s, F‑35s, Harriers, and Apaches.

Essential Functions

• Perform repetitive and non‑repetitive production operations in the manufacturing of electro‑mechanical products

• Maintain and operate manufacturing machinery using established procedures, work instructions, schematics, and approved documentation

• Assume responsibility and authority for completing all assigned tasks and additional duties as required

Qualifications / Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to read, understand, and follow technical work instructions

• Ability to lift and/or move materials up to 20 pounds

• This role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek. As such, a requirement of the role is to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining. 

Desired Skills / Experience

• Proficiency in using a personal computer to navigate online documents, drawings, and instructions

• 3–5 years of industry or related manufacturing experience

• Previous experience working in a team‑oriented environment
