About The Job:

We are seeking a hands-on Senior AI Technical Lead to drive our Generative AI and Predictive AI initiatives on OpenShift AI. This role focuses on taking AI solutions from prototype to scalable production, with strong expertise in LLMOps, MLOps, and Kubernetes/OpenShift.


What Will You Do:

MLOps, LLMOps & Inference

  • Deploy and optimize model serving using high-performance engines such as vLLM

  • Build end-to-end ML pipelines using Kubeflow Pipelines for predictive AI workflows

  • Implement LLMOps practices including model lifecycle, evaluation, and prompt workflows

  • Apply optimization techniques such as quantization (AWQ, GPTQ) and LoRA / QLoRA fine-tuning

AI Frameworks, Agents & Protocols

  • Build and deploy AI applications using Llama Stack, LangChain, and LangGraph

  • Design and deploy AI agents using Llama Stack, including tool integration and multi-step workflows

  • Work with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers for tool and context integration

  • Understand and implement A2A (Agent-to-Agent) communication protocols for multi-agent systems

  • Manage agent-based and generative AI workloads across real-time and batch systems

Architecture & Observability

  • Apply AI patterns such as RAG, agents, and prompt engineering

  • Design scalable, production-grade AI systems

  • Monitor performance metrics like latency, TPS, TTFT, and cost per request using Prometheus and Grafana


  • OpenShift / Kubernetes & GPU Stack

  • Deploy and manage AI workloads on OpenShift AI (Kubernetes)

Kubernetes & OpenShift Expertise

  • Strong understanding of pods, deployments, services, config maps, secrets

  • Experience with networking (ingress/routes), storage (PVCs), and security (RBAC, SCCs)

  • Familiarity with operators and OpenShift-native constructs


Container Ecosystem

  • Proficiency with Podman and Docker

  • Experience with container image build, registry management, and lifecycle

GPU & NVIDIA Stack (High-Level)

  • Awareness of GPU Operator, CUDA, device plugins, and MIG

  • Familiarity with TensorRT and Triton Inference Server


  • Technical Leadership

  • Drive AI platform roadmap including model registries and reusable AI services

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate technical metrics into business impact

  • Mentor teams on best practices in AI system design, MLOps, and LLMOps

What You Will Bring

  • 8–10 years in AI/ML development

  • 3+ years working with LLMs and production AI systems

  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and container platforms
