Required Skills

• Strong academic background in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with 2 -4 Yrs of experience
• Strong understanding of Strength of Materials and Machine Design
• Good knowledge of Engineering Materials
• Good understanding of Engineering Drawing and Manufacturing Processes
• Strong engineering fundamentals with the ability to perform hand calculations for stress analysis (metallic and composite structures)
• Exposure to stress analysis of metallic components, composites, and fasteners, and composite failure modes
• knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Understanding of different types of non-linearities (geometric, material, contact)
• Knowledge of applying boundary conditions and loads
• Ability to recognize capabilities and limitations of analysis tools
• Ability to perform simple to medium complexity analyses
• Expert in meshing techniques (2D, 3D Hex, Tet)
• Ability to perform post-processing and interpret results
• Advanced knowledge of HyperMesh and HyperView
• Basic knowledge of FEMAP and NX Nastran
• Knowledge of NX CAD / Unigraphics is an added advantage
• Familiarity with Teamcenter (PLM) is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Awareness of regulatory standards (FAA/EASA) is an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good presentation skills
• Team player with adaptability and flexibility
