Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team. This 4 months assignment offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in inventory management and operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in helping develop / implement guideline and analytical tools to maximize our efficiency on the inventory management process. Proper KPI’s and monitoring tools also need to be established. This initiative although initiated locally needs to support our network regionally as well as at a national level.

Responsibilities:

  • This job is a junior entry-level position where the incumbent is not required to have related work experience.

  • Limited understanding of technical aspects of the job. Will learn job skills and become familiar with company policies through “on-the-job” training.

  • Understand and experience current inventory and operational processes on the floor with operation collaborators within the different areas of the facility.

  • Through data analysis, extract trends, efficiency opportunities in order to  define preferred process and develop tools to support operations and inventory management.

  • Work is closely managed and reviewed regularly.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Six Sigma training or certification is a strong asset.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-starter with a high level of motivation and the ability to work independently.

  • Ability to host and facilitate workshops, engage stakeholders, and drive consensus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
