POSITION PHYSICAL LOCATION OPTIONS: This position is full-time on-site at J&J's Waddell, AZ Regional Distribution Center OR the Terrell, TX Regional Distribution Center

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Inventory Control Analyst will be responsible for oversite and reporting on inventory across all warehouse management systems' sites to ensure accuracy and stability of the ERP data. Utilizing reports, cycle counters, distribution staff, and themselves to meet KPIs and standards for J&J facilities. This could include anything from site visits and training to developing better practices and habits of staff to embrace J&J Snack Foods standards. The role falls under the operations department as an internal inventory and process auditor for J&J Snack Foods.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Reporting on daily numbers for warehouse management system (WMS) sites. For example, daily cut sales from distribution, percentage of warehouses counted, reviewing site errors, and system errors that could create system bugs.
Ensure the integrity of the lot, pallet serial numbers, item codes, etc.
