Las actividades principales son:

- Guiar la implementación de la primera instalación con los comentarios recibidos del taller. - Crear/ Actualizar los BoM/'routings'/SOI teniendo en cuenta las necesidades de taller, cálculo de tiempos y cumpliendo con las Golden Rules de Preparación de trabajo en acorde con los procesos aplicables.

- Especificar los recursos industriales (Equipos, herramientas, utillaje, Maquinas,…) requerimientos para la creación o modificación. - Planificar intercambios de opiniones regulares con el equipo de producción.

- Gestionar los problemas clave/recurrentes de la preparación de trabajo que se han escalado por el equipo de producción/soporte técnico de taller.

- Comunicar directamente y participar físicamente a las rutinas del equipo de producción.

- Dar soporte a las mejoras continuas de taller proporcionando la experiencia en la preparación de trabajo cuando los problemas no se gestionan a nivel de taller por el soporte técnico.

- Dar soporte al PPE en: *Evaluando los impactos industriales de las modificaciones; *Transformando los requerimientos industriales al diseño y la cadena de suministro. - Responsable para el soporte de la gestión de configuración.

- Organizar y dar soporte P-FMEA/FMEA - Dependiendo de la división, proporcionar el conocimiento técnico al DPE.

- Dentro del rol ME, en la gestión de la cadena de suministro, garantizar una consistencia total y efectiva de los datos (ej: Piezas perdidas, stock, impacto de la planificación de materiales).
