Northrop Grumman is seeking a Security Coordinator to:

Provide basic security support to programs to include but not limited to: Escorting individuals, monitoring hardware, random alarm response tests, entry/exit inspections.

Complete daily logs and monthly metric reports.

Ensure compliance with government and corporate security policies/procedures.

Assist CSSO and ACSSO as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

Current active Secret clearance with ability to obtain/maintain SAP (special access programs).

US Citizenship required.

4 years security or relevant experience and HS degree or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or related security experience.

Ability to work 3rd shift.

Must be proficient in MS Office suite (Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, TEAMs)

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of: DoD 5205.7, DISS, and/or SIMS

Primary Level Salary Range: $49,100.00 - $81,800.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
