Where You Fit In
The Supply Chain Product Lifecycle Manager leads and coordinates all product portfolio activities, ensuring portfolio effectiveness while managing supply chain complexity and change impacts. The role works closely with Lubricant Supply Chain (LSC), Sales, and Marketing teams and is accountable for project managing all portfolio changes in the region.
This is a key leadership role within the North America LSC team. The lubricants portfolio plays a critical role in driving growth and reducing cost and complexity. Reporting to the Optimization & Projects Manager, the position serves as the main link between Sales, Marketing, OTC, and the Lubes Supply Chain, requiring strong cross-functional collaboration.
The role suits a delivery-focused leader interested in learning both operational and commercial aspects of the business. It offers opportunities to lead a NA-wide team, manage complex portfolio initiatives, and develop within a professional, change-driven organization.
What is the Role
- Lead end‑to‑end project management for all product introductions and withdrawals, delivering projects on time, on budget, and in full
- Maintain Right First Time (RFT) performance above 97% across all managed projects
- Drive Time to Market (TTM) performance in alignment with Sales, Marketing, and key stakeholders
- Minimize transition costs and component write‑offs, targeting ≤ $5K per SKU
- Partner with SPO Portfolio and Marketing teams to ensure portfolio competitiveness and support strategic growth plans
- Deliver world‑class customer experience (CSI) while enabling Goal Zero safety culture
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8–12 portfolio managers, balancing workload and accountability across 100+ annual projects
- Manage multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously, from single SKUs to large‑scale portfolios
- Optimize end‑to‑end supply chain costs, including production, storage, freight, and write‑offs
- Collaborate across the lubricants value chain to deliver value initiatives and support Digital PLM implementation
What we need from you
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience managing product portfolios in an FMCG environment, including label management, portfolio management, and end‑to‑end project and product management
Key Capabilities and Experience
- Lead a team of direct reports on‑site while reporting to a manager in a virtual environment
- Demonstrate agility in managing an evolving scope of responsibilities driven by changing business needs

- Experience in Product Lifecycle Management
- Experience with GSAP
This is a hands‑on leadership role that requires deep attention to detail. Success in this position depends on a strong willingness to be personally involved, working closely with the team to navigate complex data, detailed analysis, and operational challenges
