About the Role: 

In this pivotal role, you'll manage the administrative tasks, including but not limited to Payroll, Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable. Perform general day-to-day administrative duties and provide support to other Branch Administrators as needed.   

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Raising POs as required 

  • Experience with FCC, Esker, Rossum & Ariba desirable [procurement and invoicing platforms]. 

  • Submission of invoices into customer portals 

  • You’ll be required to monitor inventory, stock control and ordering as required 

  • Maintain procurement records and documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and supplier information. 

  • Assist with the coordination and execution of purchasing processes and facilitating purchase order generation. 

  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement requests. 

 

What We're Looking For: 

We're seeking a driven Branch Administrator with: 

  • Demonstrated proficiency using systems such as FCC, Esker, Rossum, Ariba 

  • Branch Administrator experience within the shutdown sector, capable of mobilising Personnel quickly to meet tight, high-pressure deadlines. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, able to work independently and collaborate seamlessly in a team environment. 

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferred.  On the job training will be provided 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping 

 

Mandatory Requirements: 

  • Availability to work Monday to Friday with the team. 

  • A National Police Clearance, issued within the last 12 months, or willingness to obtain one 

  • Experience in similar role is highly preferred, but not required 

  • Commencement is subject to passing a pre-employment medical drug and alcohol assessment
