Position Purpose:
The Clinical Nurse Manager works in a collaborative environment at Holy Cross Health within the ICU to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care. This position is a great opportunity to work in an organization that focuses on treating the whole person physically, emotionally and spiritually.

What You Will Do:
Employment Type/Shift: Full-Time Days
Provides operation and optimization leadership to professional frontline staff, supervisors and managers.
Retains accountability for staff coordination, training, hiring, performance, regulatory compliance and results of the ICU.
Collaborates with larger teams of health professionals to plan for long-term patient care needs.
Ensuring the highest quality and safety, including leading and/or actively participating in improvement and innovation initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited nursing program: BSN required; MSN preferred.
Current Registered Nurse license by Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State required.
Prior relevant leadership experience in an ICU setting preferred(Charge or Supervisor).
5 years of ICU RN experience preferred.

Pay rate: $41.46 – $64.31
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
