Proaktywne pozyskiwanie Kandydatów z rynku różnymi kanałami dotarcia: portale pracy, agencje rekrutacyjne, media społecznościowe, ‘direct search’, etc.
Eksperckie i profesjonalne wsparcie w zarządzaniu relacjami i oczekiwaniami partnerów biznesowych, dostarczanie spójnej i wysokiej jakości usług rekrutacyjnych dla hiring managerów
Doświadczenie i znajomością rynku nieruchomości komercyjnych oraz zrozumieniem usług związanych z nieruchomościami, które świadczymy naszym klientom
Tworzenie baz danych o Kandydatach zgodnie z wymogami RODO
