About the role

We’re looking for a Manager, Strategic Finance to help shape our financial strategy and fuel our next phase of growth. This role sits at the core of how Radar makes decisions, at the intersection of finance, data, and strategy, turning complex data into sharp insights that drive smarter bets, greater efficiency, and long-term growth.

Finance at Radar isn’t back-office; it’s a strategic engine. You’ll partner closely with leaders across the company, influence key decisions, and directly shape how we scale toward $100M ARR.

You’ll report to our CFO/COO and be based out of our Flatiron (NYC) HQ. We’re in-office Monday–Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

What you’ll do:

  • Own end-to-end ARR reporting across segments and product lines, delivering accurate, decision-ready insights

  • Build and maintain dashboards (Looker, Geckoboard) to track ARR and core SaaS metrics (NRR, LTV/CAC, magic number)

  • Evolve the long-range financial model, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis

  • Build models to support planning, fundraising, and board discussions

  • Partner with the CFO/COO and exec team on analyses across pricing, unit economics, workforce planning, and capital allocation

  • Support board materials, KPI reporting, and investor diligence

  • Partner with budget owners to run the annual budget and rolling forecast, including budget tracking and headcount planning

Who you are:

  • 4–6+ years of experience, including 1–3 years in public accounting, investment banking, consulting, or public tech, and 1–3 years in high-growth B2B SaaS (enterprise preferred)

  • Advanced financial modeling; able to build three-statement and SaaS operating models from scratch

  • Deep understanding of SaaS KPIs and drivers of durable growth

  • Experience with SaaS pricing (usage-based a plus)

  • Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, and BI tools; data plumbing a plus

Who you’ll work with:

What we offer

  • Competitive salary

  • Meaningful stock options in a fast-growing company

  • 401(k) plan with 4% match

  • New HQ in Flatiron, NYC

  • Top-notch equipment

  • Catered lunches

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance with 100% coverage for employees

  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave

  • Commuter and fitness benefits

We’ll share full details of our benefits package at the offer stage. Benefits may vary by location.
