About Gen Digital & Norton

Gen Digital is home to Norton & Avast, award‑winning leaders in consumer cybersecurity. Our products protect millions of customers worldwide, and our subscription-based SaaS model means we build long‑term, trusted relationships with our users.

As a Partner Sales Intern, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in how we sell Norton security software through our retail, e‑tail and marketplace partners to reach consumers (a B2B2C model) – for example, working with Amazon and other major European retailers – helping to grow our Norton subscription business across Europe.

Role Overview

This partner sales internship is focused on supporting our account management team in complex, high‑revenue accounts across Europe. You’ll see how we sell Norton security subscriptions through our retail, e‑tail and marketplace partners to reach consumers (a B2B2C model) – for example, how a promotion on Amazon or a major retailer’s website turns into customers buying and renewing Norton. You’ll assist with day‑to‑day partner activities, learn how to manage and grow relationships with key retailers, and help ensure our Norton products are positioned for success.

You will work closely with the Partner Sales team, collaborating with colleagues across different European markets.

Role Overview

This high-level partner sales internship is focused on supporting our account management team in complex, high‑revenue accounts across Europe. You’ll assist with day‑to‑day partner activities, learn how to manage and grow relationships with key online retailers, and help ensure our Norton products are positioned for success.

You will work closely with the UK‑based Partner Sales team while being Prague‑based, collaborating with colleagues across different European markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Partner Sales Manager & Director in the day‑to‑day management of key retail and e‑tail (e.g. Amazon and other major European online retailers).
  • Help with sales reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking for partner accounts.
  • Assist with promotion planning, pricing checks, and product listings to ensure our Norton subscription products are presented correctly and competitively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, finance, operations, customer support) to help deliver on partner plans and campaigns.
  • Prepare presentations and summary reports for internal and partner meetings.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to provide insights on pricing, positioning, and trends across European e‑tail channels.

Skills & Experience – What We’re Looking For

  • An interest in sales, account management, or business development, ideally with some exposure to partner/indirect sales or e‑commerce.
  • Basic understanding or strong interest in SaaS and subscription‑based business models.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and reports (e.g. Excel/Sheets, basic analysis, dashboards).
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with the confidence to interact with internal stakeholders across different European countries.
  • Organised, curious, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple small tasks and follow up on details.

Education & Background

  • Working towards or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field is an advantage, but we are open to other fields of study if you can demonstrate a strong interest in sales and e‑commerce.
  • Prior internship or part‑time experience in sales, e‑commerce, or account management is a plus but not essential.

What You’ll Gain

  • Exposure to partner sales in a fast‑moving, high‑revenue e‑tail environment.
  • Experience with complex, multi‑country accounts across Europe.
  • Insight into how a leading global cybersecurity brand brings subscription products to market with key partners.
  • The opportunity to develop practical skills in account management, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration in an international setting.
