Resposabilidades

  • Coordinar la ejecución del Plan de Producción (Line Rate)

  • Elaborar plan de inventarios y forecast de ventas Intra

  • Planear, ejecutar y monitorear el suministro de los CEDIS

  • Gestionar los recursos necesarios para cumplir el Plan Maestro de Producción (5m)

  • Comunicar a Management cualquier problema que ponga en riesgo el cumplimiento del Plan de Ventas, Producción e Inventarios o la seguridad de las personas

  • Atender junta de SIOP y acciones que deriven de estas

  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de las actividades del Master Planner (Planeación Maestra)

  • Supervisar la junta de Cargas de Demanda para definir los rates semanales

  • Atender junta de producción y acciones que deriven de estas

  • Administrar y Controlar inventarios de Producto terminado (BTS / Top100)

  • Presentar y dar seguimiento a los KPIs del Departamento

  • Dar respuesta a escalaciones

  • Monitorear y pasar proyección de Past Due

  • Supervisar NBO’s y LBO’s

  • Atender juntas Planeación Suministro y Demanda de clientes (Copeland)

  • Proponer proyectos de mejora continua y ahorros

  • Generar Información y reportes que sean requeridos

  • Cumplir las normas de calidad y seguridad

  • Participar en el Inventario Físico Anual

  • Participar en eventos de mejora continua (kaizen)

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en administración Y/O Ingeniería Industrial

  • Manejo de paquetes computacionales OFFICE (Excel, Word, Power Point)

  • Administración y Control de la producción e Inventarios

  • Estadística y sus herramientas (Causa raíz y Pareto Análisis)

  • Conocimiento de SOP

  • Administración de la demanda (Forecast

  • Conocimientos de MRP

  • Conocimiento del ERP módulo de planeación (JDE

  • Diferencias entre un Pull & Push system

  • Planeación de Capacidad

  • Kan ban

  • Lean Manufacturing, TQM (5’s y Six Sigma)

  • Elaboración, control y análisis de Medidas de Desempeñ

  • Compras
