Engineer, Product and Internal Project

Your responsibilities 

• Support new product localization and technology transfer through cross-functional collaboration and technical coordination. 

• Follow up product cost and analyze cost structure, contributing to competitiveness and cost optimization initiatives. 

• Provide technical support to sales, project teams, and customers, including participating in concept reviews and solution improvement. 

• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product quality, engineering alignment, and smooth production. 

• Coordinate internal project activities, including planning, progress tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication. 

Expectations for you 

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field. 

• More than 5 years of relevant experience with understanding of product function, operation, and troubleshooting. 

• Good communication and coordination skills when working in cross-functional or virtual teams. 

• Systematic thinking with strong documentation and problem-solving skills. 

• Good command of written and spoken English.
