CRE1팀은 국내 Core 오피스 매입·매각 시장에서 가장 활발한 실적을 기록하고 있는 Capital Markets 내 핵심 거래팀입니다.

최근 주요 거래:

• 더에셋 강남 (약 1.1조원)
• 강남 N타워 (약 7,000억원)
• 테크원 판교 (약 2조원)
• 강남 AP타워 개발건 (약 3,000억원)

또한 명동 청휘빌딩, 의정부 리듬시티 DC사업권, 인천 항동 스마트물류센터 등 호텔/물류센터/데이터센터 등 신규 자산군으로 영역을 확장하며 안정적인 Mandate 및 Deal Pipeline을 확보하고 있습니다.

About the role

[담당 업무]

• 오피스, 호텔, 물류센터, 데이터센터 매입 및 매각 자문 수행
• 주요 거래 Execution 및 Client Communication 지원/리드
• 국내외 투자자 대상 마케팅 전략 수립 및 투자자 관리
• 자산 및 입지 분석, 시장조사 및 수익성 검토
• 투자자 대상 마케팅 자료 및 투자 스토리 구성
• Mandate 확보를 위한 시장 및 투자자 네트워킹 지원

About you

​[자격 요건]

• 국내외 학사 이상
• Business Proficiency 수준의 영어 능력
• 부동산 매입·매각, 투자자문, 자산운용, 증권사 등 관련 업계 경력

[우대 사항]

• 호텔, 데이터센터 자산에 Specialty 및 경험 보유자
• 투자자 또는 Client-facing 경험 보유자
• 적극적이고 외향적인 성향 및 네트워킹 역량
• 마케팅 및 투자 커뮤니케이션 역량 보유자

• 향후 Capital Markets 분야에서 Senior Deal Professional로 성장하고자 하는 분
