IT Technician

Main areas of responsibilities

• 1st level support for Traceability software issues

• Participate in the Traceability improvement processes

• Support end users with access to Traceability data

• 1st level support for barcode printers related issues

• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues mainly on shopfloor

• Installing and configuring computer systems

• Conducting regular backup operations

• Integrate new hardware into Kimball Electronics network

• Manage IT inventory

• Document technical knowledge base

• Comply with Kimball Electronics standards

Candidate's profile

• Minimum highschool degree, Computer Science studies would be a great plus

• Proficiency in English

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to integrate and work in a team

• Solution focused and outside the box type of mentality

• Motivation to learn new technologies

• Ability to adapt fast to new scenarios

• Good organization skills and attention to details

• Willing to work on shifts
